Payment can be made thru Paypal or thru online banking (only for residents from the Netherlands!).
Payment is made within 10 workingdays after purchasement ,unless otherwise stated or agreed upon thru email or letter.

If payment has not been received within 10 workingdays, then the item will be listed again for sale.

Shipment will occur as stated in every sale. When it comes to custom made items, please convo before buying an item, as it depends on my current orderlist how long it will take to finish.

Insurance:
I will ship every item that is posted in a package with insurance up to 500 euros or more depending on the item. Items mailed in an envelop do not have insurance, this is optional, please convo me for prices and options.

What happens if a package gets lost?
All packages are insured up to 500 euros, if you buy anything over this pice, please convo me for other prices and options. Envelopes are not insured unless otherwise orderd by you. I will file a missing package form at the postoffice and when refunded will create the same item (if possible, depening on material) , will provide with an alternate item or will refund the price of the item without the S&H costs.

S&H refund
When item is not according to description or breaks because of production faults from my side, I will refund the S&H costs which are needed for you to send the item to me for repair. Also the S&H back to you will be paid by me. If the item needs to be repaired because of your own or somebody elses fault, S&H costs to and from you will not be paid by me.
Tracking your package:
I will personally track every package for you and can give you trackingcodes when desired. Tracking is not included in shipment via envelo. I you wish to add this, please convo me.

If you wish to have something send to you by expres or courier, please let me know and I will find out the exact fee for you sending you item to you country.

I Ship worldwide and you can always asking me S&H fee for the item you have in mind, to you country.

I am not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping.
Nor for any custometaxes you country may ask.

Custom made items are sometimes more delicate then industrial made items.
More care is need when wearing this items an all items of clothing need to be either handwashed or send to a proffesional drycleaner.
